Come play the fastest game on two feet. Learn the fundamentals of the game through the Champion Lacrosse Staff. Champion is excited to partner with OLSM and offer a brand new camp program. Select one or two camps that fit in your schedule, or sign up for the entire camps series.

Camp will be divided between Age and Ability

• Instruction Includes - passing, catching, shooting, stick handling, offensive techniques, defensive techniques, skills, positioning, transition defense, checking, takeaway checks, drills, breakouts, ground balls, dodging and more.
• Stations Include - Attack, Midfield, Defense and Goalies
• Goalies - stance/positioning shot stopping, clearing, stick skills, communication, rebounds, drills and demonstrations.
• Attack/Midfield - Shooting, dodging, face-off, riding/defense, feeding and much more.
• Defense - stick skills, positioning, transition defense, checking, takeaway checks, drills, breakouts, ground balls, dodging.
